The origins of Epic Chocolates

For more years than I can remember, my father made chocolates for the holiday season. One day, I decided that this was a tradition I wanted to continue so he introduced me to the process and he and I made chocolates together. While my family grew and we moved to the other side of the country, I continued the tradition alone.

My wife told me that since I was going to do this, I should do it right. In 2015, I took extensive courses and became professionally trained and certified as a chocolatier. In the years since, I have taken numerous master classes to give my chocolates a look and flavor that set them apart from what is traditionally found.

Now that I live in Davis Ca, I am personally bringing my Epic Chocolates directly to you! Your chocolates will be placed in your hands by the chocolatier who created them, ensuring they arrive the same day they are ordered and in pristine condition.

My hopes with these chocolates is to create an epic experience where the appearance captures your eye and the taste causes you to pause as you take in this momentary indulgence.
